But, why an "Experience"??
My Sixth Grade Teacher Was HORRIBLE!
I’m sure you went on a few field trips with school when you were younger. I forgot about all the field trips I went on, except one.
And this one field trip in sixth grade I won’t soon forget!
The trip was outside and it started raining. Like, biblical amounts of rain!
We were drenched within seconds.
As we sloshed our way back to the school bus, we came upon an enormous puddle. And that’s when my friend John snapped!
He yelled “I DON’T CARE ANYMORE!” and marched straight into the puddle up to his knees!
My sixth grade teacher was horrible. A real life witch. And, when she saw what my friend was doing she turned beat red and had a complete meltdown.
So, I did what any vindictive little punk would do: I jumped straight into the puddle with my buddy. Just to piss off our horrible teacher. And, it was amazing!
Why is this the only field trip I can remember?
Because it was an EXPERIENCE!
And an EXPERIENCE will stick with you forever.
