"Absolutely love this class! We have so much fun and I’ve met some great people in the group. Having fun while exercising makes it so much easier to stick with it. John makes it fun while teaching us as we go. I look forward to class each week. Definitely recommend taking cardio kickboxing!"

Cardio Kickboxing 'Punch & Protect'
A Must-Try Fitness Fusion For Busy People Craving
Cardio Kickboxing AND Self-Defense Skills
Learn While You Burn
Most Cardio Kickboxing classes will offer you a great workout, but they don’t really teach you any skills. Why not?! I mean, if you are there kicking and punching, don’t you want to actually do it right??
603 Karate has fixed that with the “Punch & Protect” program, a Cardio Kickboxing class that also teaches proper technique so you can use these skills for self-defense as well.
What Others Do
The Cardio Kickboxing classes that I’ve seen, people are getting a great workout, but…
-
There is little instruction on how to throw proper punches
-
Kicks are sloppy that wouldn’t actually hurt anyone
-
Footwork isn't talked about at all
Now, if people are just looking for a decent workout, then so be it. But I'm guessing that you are looking for more...

What We Do
If you are going to put the time and effort into a Cardio Kickboxing workout, why not learn the skills that go with it so you can get in great shape AND know how to get home safe at night??? That is what the 'Punch & Protect' classes offer.
Why You Should Care
You're busy and don't have all day to exercise, so you need to get the most out of your workout minutes! To create such awesome and efficient results, 'Punch & Protect' classes will leave you sweating, smiling, safer, and stronger. This allows you to get the maximum benefit out of each and every session. Sweat your stress away and stay safe!
The Power Punch your Fitness Plan Needs
In time you will look like a
-
trained assassin (by actually knowing how to punch, kick, and move)
-
with Ninja skills (by learning simple and effective self-defense)
-
and the energy of a teenager (by adding in your mind/body work).
All of this wrapped up in one Cardio Kickboxing class to maximize your efforts.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need any Cardio Kickboxing or martial arts experience to participate?
-
Absolutely NOT! If you are willing to walk in the door and work hard, then you are qualified.

My fitness level might not be what others is. Will that be a problem?
-
No! If you can walk through the door, then you can do this class! These classes, like all of 603 Karate's classes, are designed for personal improvement. They are non-competitive. Just have the attitude to be a little better than you were the last time and you will do great!

I'm busy! I work (days/nights) and I don't have a lot of time to dedicate to training. When are your classes? How long are they?
-
'Punch & Protect' are designed for the busy person who still wants to get a great workout in a short amount of time. Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 6:10 PM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 11:00 AM. Each class is 45 minutes long.

What equipment do I need?
-
All you need is a pair of boxing gloves (I have some for sale if you do not have any). You will want to bring some water with you as well. That's it!

Do I have to pay for each individual class? How does that work?
-
Most choose a convenient monthly fee which covers all 'Punch & Protect' classes (both morning and evening classes), or you can purchase a block of 8 classes. Your first class is Complimentary, so you don't have to decide until you see how you like the class first. How easy is that?
